Read KB Users

Read KB customers can only view and search the Knowledge Base for Solutions.

Read KB customers log into FootPrints the same way as Read/Submit and Read/Submit/Edit customers.  They can have either shared or unique IDs and passwords.  After logging in, the FootPrints Homepage is slightly different from the FootPrints Homepage displayed for customers with other roles.

Take note of the limited set of options on the FootPrints Toolbar.
